The store's unique selling point is its namesake dish, the Pancit Malabon, prepared using a generations-old family recipe since 1965. This hearty noodle dish features thick rice noodles bathed in a rich, orange-hued shrimp-based sauce, generously topped with fresh seafood and savory pork chicharon (crispy pork rinds). They cater to all needs, offering the famous noodles in solo servings or large bilao (woven platter) sizes perfect for sharing at parties.
