This spot is dedicated to serving authentic Thai street food, specializing in Kuay Teow Reua, or 'Boat Noodles,' a traditional Thai dish historically sold from small boats along the canals of Ayutthaya.
The concept is its main unique selling point: serving the rich, aromatic noodle soups in small bowls, which encourages customers to try and 'stack' multiple flavors. Diners can choose between four distinct broth styles: the mild and creamy Tom Kha Kai (White Tom Yum), the intense and herbaceous Ayutthaya, the mildly sour and spicy Pathumthani, and the rich yellow curry-based Khao Soi.
